Lucy had just finished doing some college research, when Virginia came up behind her and began kissing her slowly up the arm. When she reached Lucy's face, she nuzzled her gently in her ear and whispered: "Stay home today".
"Stay home today?" Lucy asked, turning to face Virginia.
"Yeah, lets just hangout" Virginia smiled.
The truth was that Virginia was bored.......extremely bored. So bored in fact, that she had even spun a want for two lovers.
Its not like she wanted to cheat on Lucy, far from it. She really did love Lucy with all her heart.......but, Lucy lacked luster.
"Look, I know you're really busy. What with all the working out you put in, all the study time you do....I get it, you're an overachiever. But can't we just take one day, just one...for ourselves" Virginia pleaded.
All she really wanted was for Lucy to show a more....romantic side. Just a little love to show she cared.
"I do it to keep my grades up, we need the grant money for rent" Lucy reminded her.
"Yeah, I know" Virginia sighed, "but it's not like we're going on vacation or anything. Just one day to hang out and have a little fun."
Lucy sighed and took her hand: "I know college isn't really your thing...but it's my thing, and I've always promised myself that I would work hard at it. I really......" Lucy stopped for a moment and looked Virginia straight in the eyes. "I really enjoy being here, doing this" she said, giving Virginia's hand a small squeeze.
Virginia tried not to show her disappointment, but it was hard.
"Look...maybe we can go away in our sophmore or junior year, like to Twikki Island or something" Lucy smiled encouragingly.
Virginia smiled and nodded her head: "Ummm, I guess I betta get some stuff done" she mumbled before turning and walking away. Her heart ached, she was so disappointed in Lucy. What was so hard about taking one day off?.

Glad you're enjoying sims 3, sounds like you're having a blast. I'm still undecided on sims 3, and at present I don't have much gaming time, so I'll have to see how it goes. But thanx for the info, I'm glad to hear that 3 isn't as bad as I initially thought.

Hey! I got the sims 3 and omigod enjoying it so much. Right now Mortimer Goth is a Young Adult (without a mustache, I might add) I am about to smother him in kisses he is sooo cute! If you decide to buy the sims 3, you'll probably have a blast!

Mao: Thats no problem at all, take as much time as you like. RL always comes first :-)
I'm really not sure how things will turn out for these two, but I do know there are many rocks on their very rocky road. Problem is that Virginia is to much like Cat...which doesn't bode well.
Sonia: That makes perfect sense, and you're right, Lucy does need to lighten up a bit. But all she really wants is fitness, sports and skilling....doesn't leave much time for fun unfortunately. Maybe she'll realise soon enough.....or we hope so at least :-)
