Hiya guys, welcome to season 4 of Legacies.
Ok, just to start off with, I'd like to show you the new subhood of Joshsire. Its called The Coast.........lol....so original. But I figured my city is already called Downtown, so why the heck not :-)
Anywho, this is the 'shopping district'. I've only actually added a college hood, a downtown hood and the three vacation spots. But never a shopping district.
I figured my simmies should be able to visit a beach without having to go on vacation, I can, so why can't they. Of course I won't put all the vacation stuff around here, there should be some perks to going on vacation, right!.
Plus now some of my sims can have beach homes. My only question is: What happens to a beach lot in winter?. Anyone tried it yet?.
There are only three lots here so far, I haven't really had the time to build to much.
The Island: This is a beachy kind of restaurant. The inspiration actually comes from a place we have here, also right on the beach, its also called The Island. Although, I hope the service in my simmy establishment is better than our one. That aside, its still a nice place to have a drink and feel the breeze of the ocean.......even though you'll wait forever for your food.
The Lighthouse: Well, we have a beach here called The Windmill.....well, we call it that because theres a windmill right there.....who knows what the beach is actually called :). Anyway, I plonked a lighthouse down, so with that beach in mind, I ended up naming this beach The Lighthouse.
Beachview Campgrounds: We have a place right here by us called Beachview, its kinda like a suburb just outside the city thats completely coastal. The name just popped into my head whilst naming this lot, so I went with it. This is really just a campground very similar to one we'd have here. You know......the standard pool, barbeque area, small bush enclosed area's for camping kind of campground. I think Ethan & Lucy would love this place.
So at some point after winter, my sims will probably make an appearance here. I've played everyone through autumn, and now season 4 begins at the beginning of winter.

Skye has wanted to get engaged to Amin since college days, the want keeps spinning up. She's very much in love with him, but lately they just don't seem to be getting along. Maybe its because he's still acting every bit the student and she's put her head into adult mode.....especially since she's pregnant.
I think it's quiet likely she's gonna be a single mom.......or at least in the beginning anyway.

Yay, an update ! I love big chapters of 8 pages for my part. I realy love Lucy and Ethan's house. I don't think Skye should marry Amin only because of the baby. It's not a good reason to marry someone. On the other hand, she takes the risk to be a single mom ! Gosh, so much drama, I like it !

Yeah, the risky woohoo hack is really making things interesting around here, lol.
Amin is a pleasure sim....if I recall correctly. So all he really wants is to have fun and party it up. Plus, like you say, he's still quiet young. I don't think he'd handle it well, lol.
Hee hee, thought you'd like that Deano is next. And yeah, suprisingly he actually wants to fall in love. But settle down.....hmmm, I dunno about that :-)
